  Biography Dr. Jen-Yi Chang(Lenny) was born in Taiwan in 1981. He received the B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, in 2002, 2004, and 2010, respectively. Since 2012, he has been with the General Education Center at Tainan University of Technology, where he is currently a Professor. Also, he is the director of General Education Center and the director of Language Training Center in Tainan University of Technology currently. His main areas of research interest are coastal engineering, numerical model, partial differential equations, and green management.
